These terms govern your access to and use of Aveli. By creating an account, starting a trial, or continuing to use the service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Who you are contracting with
You are contracting with Aveli ("Aveli", "we", "us", "our"). Questions about these terms can be sent to support@getaveli.com.
The service
Aveli is a business automation platform. It gives a business a workspace where an AI assistant can answer customer questions from knowledge the business has approved, where inbound enquiries are captured and tracked as leads, where follow-up and status-change reminders can be generated automatically, and where reporting on that activity is available to the team.
Features depend on your plan and on connections you choose to configure. Some features rely on third-party providers and their own limits and consent rules.
Accounts and credentials
You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@getaveli.com if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use Aveli for anything unlawful or deceptive, including fraud, spam or unconsented outreach, infringement of someone else's intellectual property, or interference with the security of the service (for example malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping). The full policy is at /legal/acceptable-use.
Generative AI: your responsibilities
Aveli's assistant generates answers using large language models. You are responsible for the prompts and material you and your team submit, for how you use the output, for checking accuracy before acting on it or publishing it, and for having the rights to any content you upload.
Do not use the AI features to produce illegal content, non-consensual deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to bypass the safety behaviour of the models.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is not regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or similar) and should not be relied on for those purposes without a qualified human reviewing it.
We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter generated output, and suspend accounts where use is abusive, unsafe, or unlawful.
Your content and rights
You keep the rights to material you upload. You grant Aveli a limited licence to host, process, and display it only as needed to provide the service to you.
Subject to your plan and to those input rights, we assign you the rights we hold in output generated for you, and you are responsible for publishing it.
If you believe content in Aveli infringes your rights, email support@getaveli.com with the material, where it appears, and your contact details. We will investigate and, where the complaint is well founded, remove or restrict the material. Accounts that repeatedly infringe rights are suspended or terminated.
Intellectual property
Aveli and its software, documentation, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or work around usage limits.
Payment, billing and subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance, monthly, in US dollars, and renew until canceled. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Prices exclude any tax that applies; tax is calculated and collected by our payment provider.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle under its Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
No plan includes unlimited usage. Allowances are listed on the pricing page and enforced in the product.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Service level
We work to keep Aveli available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, and events outside our reasonable control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Aveli for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
When access ends, you may request an export of your workspace data for 30 days. After that window we delete it or de-identify it, except where we must keep it by law.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or accuracy, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data, or goodwill. This cap does not apply to liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be limited.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Changes, assignment and force majeure
We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice in the product or by email; continued use means you accept the update. You may not assign your agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither side is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
