This policy applies to every Aveli workspace and every member of it. It exists so the platform stays lawful, safe, and usable for the businesses on it.
What you can use Aveli for
Answering customer questions from knowledge you own or are licensed to use, capturing and tracking your own enquiries, generating follow-up reminders and internal reports, and automating work your business is permitted to do in its jurisdictions.
What is not allowed
- Unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity, including impersonation.
- Spam, bulk or unconsented outreach, and marketing that ignores opt-outs or consent rules.
- Content that is hateful, harassing, or that exploits or endangers people.
- Non-consensual deepfakes or synthetic media presented as real people or events.
- Uploading material you do not have the rights to use, or that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
- Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping the service.
- Circumventing usage limits, reselling access without permission, or using Aveli to build a competing copy of it.
- Regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or similar) delivered without qualified human oversight.
AI-specific rules
You are responsible for what you ask the assistant to produce and for what you publish. Do not try to make the models ignore their safety behaviour. Answers are AI-generated and may be inaccurate — review them before relying on them for anything material.
Enforcement
We can remove or restrict content, refuse or filter output, limit features, and suspend or terminate workspaces that break this policy. Where we can, we tell you what happened and why, and you can reply to us at support@getaveli.com.
