30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Aveli subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment on a plan and to any renewal you did not intend to keep.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net or email support@getaveli.com with your account email and the date of the order. We will confirm the outcome and, once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
After the guarantee window
You can cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after cancellation.
Trials
Trials are not charged. If a trial converts to a paid plan and you change your mind, the 30-day guarantee above applies to that first payment.
